Our Home
We are a small 21-bed home, with a very consistent staff; most of them have worked for us for years. We feel this size of care home is ideal, as it means that all of our staff, and of course our very experienced Manager, Debbie, are involved with each of the residents on a daily basis.
This means that every member of staff knows each of our residents inside and out, so they are not just cared for in terms of their physical needs, but also looked after in those important little ways. They might know that Bob loves a chat about football, that Doris used to work as a hairdresser and that Gladys likes to help set up the tables for dinner.
We encourage you to come and have a look at Oak Mount Care Home, it is not necessary to make an appointment, however, if you would like to meet our Manager, it is best to give her a call first.
