No questions need to be asked or answered, Oak Mount Care Home is a place of comfort, care, love, kindness & special people who look after those amongst us who need that care. These are people with big hearts. Managers don't just manage, cleaners don't just clean, chefs don't just cook (food is really good), carers & all other staff interact in the care of residents, My partner was not any 'easy' person but staff took time to know & understand him. When the end was near I felt surrounded by love and comfort. Thank you each & everyone of you.
Oak Mount took such enormously kind care of my dad, during the last few months of his life. The team are such a caring family, giving us great peace and warmth in looking after both my Dad and thinking of us. Communication was great, there was lots of thoughtfulness and consideration for what would make Dad comfortable and relaxed and always with lovely humour and brightness. We couldn't have asked for more - this is a lovely place.

The home is clean, warm and her room is of a good size. Grandma has made lots of friends with the other residents and seems very happy with the food and activities that are on offer."
