Quality Assurance
We are in the process of putting together our Annual Quality Assurance Report, which gathers the thoughts from residents and visitors to the home on how Oak Mount Care Home is doing.
If you have some thoughts, please feel free to Contact Us and tell us. You can also use the Contact Us form to ask for a copy of the full questionnaire, which we can email or post to you, depending on your preference. We welcome all feedback, positive or negative, as we see it as an opportunity to improve. All comments will be used to compile the Annual Quality Assurance Report, which should be published by the beginning of December. Having said that, we do not wait until December to act on issues that are raised. One form that has already been submitted mentioned that parts of the home were looking a little tired, which we agree with. As close followers of the website will know, we recently had local, Ringwood man Mark decorating the dining room, which turned out to be a bigger job than we initially thought. So he is back on January 2nd to decorate the upstairs hallways as well as some other areas he didn’t have time to get to. We then have new carpets going down shortly afterwards, supplied by local supplier, Carpet Barn, who we have used for years and always do an excellent job.
There will be a hard copy of the final report within the home, and we will also publish it in this section of our website.
