Respite Care At Oak Mount Care Home for the Christmas Period

Christmas at Oak Mount Care Home is always a big deal, as we love the festive period.  In the lead up to the big day, we have a residents’ Christmas party, with live entertainment, party food and your favourite tipple if you are that way inclined, which I very much am! Our staff love joining in and are determined for everyone to have a good time.  On the big day itself, there is of course a proper Christmas dinner and everyone gets a Christmas present.  Boxing day is as it would be at home, Christmas movies, leftover turkey sandwiches and a relaxing day.  For those who want to stay up on New Years Eve, there is a glass of bubbly to see in the New Year.  All in all, it is a proper family Christmas.
