Keeping it in the Family

It is always nice to welcome a new resident, but it is especially heartwarming when our own staff entrust us with their parents' care. A senior member of staff has recently moved their dad into Oak Mount which follows a longstanding tradition dating back to us caring for three of our own grandparents at Oak Mount. My late grandad is pictured at Oak Mount in the picture above with Michelle, who has recently been promoted to Manager of our care home in Southampton.

We work very hard to create a homely, family atmosphere, which we whole-heartedly believe is one of the most important aspects of life in a care home.
