Local Dementia Charity Walk

Make Memories Matter is a local charity based in Fordingbridge, that supplies a weekly Day Center to give vital relief to family members who care for their loved ones who have dementia. In fact it was as a result of visiting Make Memories Matter that Oak Mount Care Home decided to start offering week-long respite stays, as we were inspired by the great work that they are doing, and saw that there was a need for short breaks for family members. (Longer respite stays are of course still available)
