How Small Things Can Make A Big Difference?

We are introducing new high-contrast name tags for all our staff at Oak Mount. The relationship our residents have with our staff is one of the most important aspects of living at Oak Mount. Age-related sight issues can make it difficult for residents to clearly read regular name tags and dementia or memory loss can make it harder to remember staff names. These high-vis name tags will make it much easier for our residents to call staff by their first name, helping to add to the warm and friendly atmosphere.

We were inspired by examples of these name tags on hospital wards, and we are always open for suggestions to improve the day-to-day lives of our residents. Just contact us we will always try to do what we can!
